Amanda Makes "Greek" Lamb with Orzo

In February, we continued our partnership with Panna, a subscription cooking app and website dedicated to sharing recipes from master chefs in HD video -- and we previewed our second video series with them, in which Merrill made Reeve's Roasted Carrot Soup. Over the next eight months, we'll feature four more issues of Panna, cooking some of our favorite recipes on Food52. We'll have the previews for the full episodes here on Food52 -- along with full-length videos featuring cooking tips drawn from the recipe.

Today, Amanda launches our third issue of tips and tricks by demonstrating how to make fiveandspice's "Greek" Lamb with Orzo -- a hearty, one-pot dish you'll be eating all week long.

This looks amazing. I'm always looking for a great Sunday night recipe for the week ahead. I love the tip about the can rinsing. Something I picked up from my mom :) But Amanda, do you wash the parsley before chopping? Please share!

Ok, when Amanda recommends we wash or clean the tops of the cans before opening, I experienced glorious justification after years of family teasing. I'm not the only one who does this! fun video of a delicious dish.
