The 10 Entertaining Recipes You Loved Most This Month

May 24, 2014

We always look to our friends when we’re not sure what to cook, and that goes especially for dinner parties. Menu-planning in packs makes us feel safe, thorough, supported.

That’s exactly why, once a month, we’ll be looking to you for advice: These are the ten recipes you loved most this month that also happen to moonlight as the perfect appetizers, mains, and desserts for entertaining a crowd.

Below is what we’d want to eat at an outdoor party, glass of rosé in hand, but it’s also what we’d want to spend all day cooking. You’ve shown us that these recipes are special, so we’re listening. And now we’re going to throw a party about it.

I love that the scallion potato pancake is on this list. And, can I please be invited to a party with pork buns?!
