This looks delicious - must give it a go this weekend. A couple of things: (1) Why mash the garlic instead of putting it through a press - how do the results differ? (2) Could you make the dressing in a food processor instead? (3) Next time you need to peel an avocado, scoop the flesh out of the skin with a large spoon - easy and quick.

One more question - why peel the plums? To only have the sweetness and not the tart bite of the skin? For aesthetics?

yes, I'd love to know where the pestle comes from too!

That is such a great refreshing combination, I love the infusion between the plum and advocado - Definitely one to try at the weekend!

Could you tell me where you got the pestles that you used to crush the garlic and the other ingredients? Thanks.

My mouth is watering, and this will fit in beautifully with the vegan cleanse I am starting tomorrow! Off to the farmers market now and can't wait to try it.
