Thank you sallycan for such a nice critique...I am in Greece for another week ...eating plenty of peppers, cucumbers and tomatoes everyday! ( Internet cafe once a week). Back in my own kitchen in a week.

happy to have had a recipe to test and to have a recipe chosen as an editor's pick... also all the red peppers have been providing nutritious food for my family, making it easier to get to the elusive five a day goal

Almost forgot to say thanks for the beautiful picture! Is there a way to get that picture to the recipe itself (with his credit of course! )?

Thirschfeld can upload his photo on your recipe page where it says "Add photo" under the main image -- and we encourage any food52er to do so, with any recipe they've made and photographed!

Thanks for the prompt response, editors. So, Thirschfeld, I'd be real happy if you would do so since I don't have great photos skills.
