Taste of Greenmarket 2010

The third annual Taste of Greenmarket is happening tonight and tickets are still available. The event includes dishes and drinks from over 25 of New York's finest chefs and mixologists, and all proceeds go to a very worthy cause: The Greenmarket's Youth Education Project.

To support the worthy cause, Amanda and Merrill are auctioning off a special dinner date -- the winner will dine with the two of them at NYC's Hearth restaurant. Bid on them, or one of the other great silent auction prizes, while enjoying some of the city's finest food.

Shop the Story

The Youth Education Project teaches young students about the food they put in their bodies, and why it's important to know where that food comes from. Through field trips to the farm and local farmers markets, classroom seminars and cooking classes, the Greenmarket is educating and empowering the next generation to eat consciously and locally.

Yes, unfortunately. Hope you can make it (or send someone in your stead)!
