Kudos to all of the Editor's Picks, I am proud to be among you! Thank you Taiyyaba for your thoughtful review and constructive comments on my muffaletta! I also love your photo, it is stunning! I wish I would have included in the instructions that I usually drain my roasted peppers in some layers of paper towels to absorb some extra moisture (helps bread become less soggy)! Thanks so much for testing it!
