Creamy Mushroom Pasta is not Spaghetti nor is Pesto Trapanese as it a sauce as while Spaghetti is a pasta very few pasta are Spaghetti and thank god for that

My homemade Ratatoiulle over Pasta. I omit the peppers, using lots of Mushrooms & sometimes Celery, some shredded carrot for sweetness. Splash of lemon too at end of cooking. Works hot or cold, over baked, potatoes, w/ stock as a veg soup. OR along side fish or chicken, can't go wrong.

Fried speghetti. Fry cooked pasta in bacon grease or your favorite oil along with sauteed onions until slightly brown. Eat and enjoy. I thought this recipe sounded very plane until my husband said try it once. I have this for dinner about once a month now. Great when you haven't gone to the market in awhile.
