Thank you A&M and for my recipe tester Stephanie for my EP. My grandmother would be VERY flattered...I so wish I could show her this site and all of her recipes. Happy holiday to all!

Wish I was going to be home to test some of these -- thanks for the EP on the Ouefs en Cocotte, even though I royally screwed up the proportions in posting it! (Blush!)

I know how you feel! It's way easy to screw up the proportions when you're writing a recipe - especially if you have a tendency to cook by feel without actually measuring anything! :)

Did I miss everything? Shoot! That's what you get when you have a full afternoon away from the computer. Well, next time. And thanks for the EP on the Norwegian pancakes!

I'll give the Maplelicious Sweet Tamales with Guajillo-Chocolate Sauce a go as I bought corn husks a year ago to try making tamales and now I have a deadline....

I've already been testing it everyday this week, sometimes twice to make sure I got it right.

I hope everyone likes the bloody marys! The vodka and bloody mary mix are my go to holiday party hostess gifts so that should work out well for whoever hosts the testing!

Oh, yay! If you can't find pomegranates anymore, just leave them out...and my new thing is making this with toasted pecans, which I highly recommend. Hope you like it!
