Your Saturday Morning Farmers Market Inspiration

Can't wait to get into the beautiful raw materials @nolascofarm offered for our Thanksgiving bulk share from @journalsquarecsa I am so thankful for the beautiful food and relationships created throughout the CSA season. I have such gratitude for our farmers, members, and host, Hudson Pride Connection Center. Everyone brought understanding, flexibility, and care to the last six months. The Journal Square area of Jersey City is largely a food desert, and this is our small way of creating effective change and opportunity for more. I am sorry it is over, but we end with gorgeous food and generous donations to thanksgiving meals all across town at two shelters, Hudson Pride Connection Center and Hyacinth Foundation (a local AIDS network). So, so full of gratitude for kind souls and the possibilities for full bellies this year. I know it looks a lot like Thanksgiving cranberry sauce in the making but actually it's a cranberry coulis for yoghurt and homemade granola. Totally different, right?
