Enter the competition: bowl-appropriate food. Seasonably suited and much more substantial than finger foods, bowl-based meals are often a combination of savory grains, greens, and proteins or a sweet medley of breakfast oats. They offer a whole new arena of flavor; a concave complex teeming with action, if you will.
