Kayb, a business development professional and Foodpickle dynamo living in Arkansas, says she "can never make a recipe the same way twice." Whether she's tinkering with a North African Tsorta Tfaya with Couscous, sneaking cheese grits into Oeufs en Cocotte, frying her Methodist Latkes in bacon fat, or turning Marinated Cauliflower a shade of psychedelic yellow, her culinary expertise and playfulness guide her (and us!) to a delicious result every time.

Then there are recipes you think Kayb must have created on a whim, but are actually family recipes or regional favorites. If only our mothers had poured Chocolate Gravy over our biscuits for breakfast, or served equally decadent Potato Doughnuts for dessert!
