Oh, never mind! I already knew I couldn't type. Now I know I can't read. YES, red horseradish is simply white horseradish colored by beet juice! And an electric red it is!

I didn't see any mention of red v. white horseradish in the BonAppetit.com entry. It's red horseradish simply colored by beet juice?
