food52...sorry, but I haven't received any replies to emails I've sent to your editors@food52.com email address, regarding receiving this prize. Today I tried to contact you via foodpickle about this apparent tech issue and it appears my question was deleted, followed up by an email from Francesca asking me to correspond by email to the same address I said wasn't working for me. Very frustrating as a user and member of the site.
Please let me know if you have another way to communicate - I've used 2 different email domains and no reponse from you.

Wow, it was such a treat to check in and find the email from the food52 team. And then to log on and see your supportive comments. Thanks so much everyone! It's truly a pleasure to lend a hand here.
The knife looks beautiful! I'm in the process of moving and it will be a treat to work with a new knife in a new kitchen soon. Thanks so much food52!

I too have benefited from a macollins foodpickle answer, and agree that this is a well deserved win. I asked about the process of recipe writing - something I struggle with - and macollins graciously admitted to having similar problems She posted a very helpful link and I was thrilled to have the input. She also said that she hasn't posted a recipe yet, and I have this sneeking suspicion that she is a spectacular cook so I am going to take this opportunity to say, "macollins, please, share your wonderful food with us!" Thank you for answering my foodpickle and I look forward to reading more of your helpful answers!

I'm glad that link was useful...it's one I intend to make better use of soon. For the last several weeks, and months before that, my home has been for sale with my kitchen packed up and in 'show home' mode. Once I get settled into a new place I'll be better able to document my cooking and post recipes. In the meantime, I'm looking forward to seeing what you share here.
