Any food52 member is welcome to help us test our Editors' Pick candidates, so go call dibs on the recipe you'd like to test in the comments section below! We'd love to see some new testers in the mix. Don't forget to email us your notes (about 100 words) to [email protected] by next Tuesday at 5pm.

We'll collect your comments, decide the official list of Editors' Picks and publish your evaluation in the headnote if the recipe is selected as an Editors' Pick (with credit, of course!). And even if the recipe you test isn't chosen as an Editors' Pick, please feel free to leave your testing notes in the recipe's comments section. Constructive criticism is always encouraged!

Thank you for the EP! I've been traveling since Thursday and this was the first time I've opened my computer in days and of course the first place I visited was food 52. What a great way to start a Sunday in NYC. All of these recipes look delicious! I wish I were home to test them. Thank you again.

Nothing left that suits my limitations, but plenty of wonderful choices to prepare and comment. There were so many submissions -- it's nice to have the EP selections as a jumping off list.

Dangit! I was so excited about this EP, too. Indeed, as HardLikeArmour says, you snooze you lose!

hardlikearmour April 28, 2011
I don't have a pasta machine, so I'm outta luck for testing this time around. You snooze, you lose!

HLA, you can take the Indian Espresso Coffee, given that you've already tested it and written up your review! I'll try it, too, of course, because it looks so good, but I'm happy (thrilled, actually) for your review to be the one that's published. Thanks so much, to you and The Editors. ;o)
