Any food52 member is welcome to help us test our Editors' Pick candidates, so go call dibs on the recipe you'd like to test in the comments section below! We'd love to see some new testers in the mix. Don't forget to email us your notes (about 100 words) to [email protected] by next Tuesday at 5pm.

We'll collect your comments, decide the official list of Editors' Picks and publish your evaluation in the headnote if the recipe is selected as an Editors' Pick (with credit, of course!). And even if the recipe you test isn't chosen as an Editors' Pick, please feel free to leave your testing notes in the recipe's comments section. Constructive criticism is always encouraged!

Can't believe my luck! Peonies were available in the farmers market. Just need a little clarification on whether or not I'm to use the inner petals ( not the stamen) or just the outer petals.

I think I may have dibs-ed it just moments before you CIV. But, I would love to let you test it. I'll take the raspberry lambic float instead.

Are you sure you don't mind giving the hot fudge shake up? I owe you one, f&s!

No problem at all. I'll probably make it at some point anyway, since hot fudge shakes are a favorite of mine (especially malted!), but I'm excited to try the lambic float since I have access to good raspberry lambic.

There's a lovely patisserie in Portland that serves Raspberry Lambic floats and they are Deeelicious! You will not regret your choice!
