Thanks so much guys! Super cool to actually see my recipe being made! If you're wondering what the heck to do with the rest of the bottle of Pernod, there are a bunch of recipes here in the archives. Also, I recently used a tiny bit in Merrill's recipe for "Char, Fast and Slow" in place of tarragon and dill. It was awesome.

Just made this for my afternoon after lunch/before nap snack. Had Rainer cherries, fresh mint from the garden, fresh lemon juice, Drambuie, and sweetened condensed milk. My Vitamix makes the most amazing 'snow' to absorb all that lucious goodness. I'm in love!
