Andrew Knowlton, Editor-at-Large (and former Restaurant Editor) of Bon Appétit and host of Netflix's The Final Table, knows a thing about cookbooks—his collection is several hundred books deep, and that's after Marie Kondo-ing the heck out of it. We've added two more titles to his collection: The Noma Guide to Fermentation and Shaya, by two illustrious and talented restaurant chefs. Which title will spark the most joy?
