A few years back we ordered a bunch of pork from them and had it shipped to my folks in Alabama. My parents loved the pork, and we got an adorable piggy postcard from the Flying Pigs folks - it still lives on our fridge :)

The Flying Pig folks are very sweet people. I ordered some pork shanks from them back in their early days. A referal from a cookbook/travel author friend who lives in Brooklyn.
