3 Gorgeous Recipes We Love

Each week, we bring you three gorgeous recipes we love from around the web. This week, they're all about spring, from pea shoots and radishes to asparagus and fava beans. Sarah of The Yellow House makes garlicky pea shoots which she stirs into soft scrambled eggs, with a side of crusty bread.

Laura of The First Mess tosses together a beautiful spring panzanella, full of radishes, sprouts, and chives. It would certainly make for a delicious lunch!

And, Giulia of Juls' Kitchen serves a warm spring salad with grilled pecorino to welcome back the Tuscan spring.

We have also been making a lot of whole grain salad dishes usually topped with a poached egg. Most recently I cooked a variation on a couscous salad from Plenty. I used an israeli couscous blend tossed in an herb paste of tarragon, lime mint, chives and cilantro folding in salted pistachios, arugula and caramelized onion. Loving asparagus and baby greens now too!
