3 Gorgeous Recipes We Love

April  4, 2012

Each week, we bring you three gorgeous recipes we love from around the web. This week, they're all about spring greens - tossed into pasta, pureed into pesto, and arranged over dainty tea sandwiches.

Lindsay and Taylor of Love and Olive Oil have been crazy about this arugula pesto, adding it to pizza, pasta, and more. What a great way to add a spring-y touch to your weekly recipe repertoire.

Tracy of Shutterbean has been adding extra arugula to this recipe for angel hair pasta with arugula and lemon. It's so good everyone's asking for thirds.

And, our friends over at Serious Eats have given us a reason to host a tea party. Traditional cucumber tea sandwiches are refreshed with labne, radishes, and pea shoots. How are you using spring greens?
