On Cloud Nine: Kate Bush + Eggs

Laura is a Midwestern 20-something living in Brooklyn who has a "mostly healthy" obession with music and food. We completely understand. Especially after spending some time with her Eggs in Cloud recipe, which was inspired by Gabriel & the Hounds cover version of the Kate Bush track "Hounds of Love." Even though making this particular batch seemed to involve a lot of cursing and was supposedly a failure, we refuse to believe that anything involving eggs, cheese, and chives could go wrong. The final confection looks so perfectly frothed and airy that it has us practically walking on air.
