While you plan your blowout Memorial Day barbecue, here's a great lesson from our friends at Serious Eats: you don't have to break the bank to get great beef! Here, they list 5 flavorful, inexpensive cuts of meat that totally make up in insane flavor what they don't have in T-bone flashiness.

The best part is that some of them are actually preferable to the more expected cuts. Skirt steak was made for fajitas and tacos -- ribeye, on the other hand, is meant to serve two, tops. And why would you throw a barbecue for all your friends if you didn't want to share?
