I wish I had the time to test recipes...hopefully my life will get back to normal soon. I do wish that Mama's Mango Chutney has been awarded an Editors' Pick. I have made that recipe at least 3 or 4 times since it was originally published and I think that it is delicious. It is the perfect condiment with pork or chicken or roasted vegetables. Sometimes I add it to chicken salad or use it on sandwiches.
