By this point in July, you’ve been grilling up a storm. And this storm likely includes, if you’re vaguely American: burgers, sausages, steaks, and more burgers. These are all fantastic, don’t get us wrong, but if you’re tired of these options, or you, say, have consumed enough iron for the entire year, here are a few new options.

Oh I LOVE grilling kale!! Cucumber though? Never would I have thought about that one!
