For the next two weeks, we're hosting our own Summer Food Fights on FOOD52 -- come play along! Big prizes await.
The first event in our Summer Food Fights will be the Watermelon Shot Put.

Show us Your Best Kitchen Hack. Win amazing prizes.
We love discovering new tricks in the kitchen -- anything from how to pit a cherry, sans pitter to the best way to save wine -- and we know you FOOD52ers have plenty of good ones up your sleeves. And all you need is a digital camera to film or photograph yours.
Each of our top three kitchen hacks will win one of these, in the color of their choice:
Here's how to enter:
Upload your video -- 90 seconds or less, please -- to YouTube OR your photo album with captions to Flickr or Picasa by 12am EST Sunday, August 5th. Email us the links at editors@food52.com so we can find them (if you win, we may ask for you to send us your stuff so we can upload it to our own channels).
On August 8-10th, we'll show off Le Bronze, Silver and Gold-winning videos on FOOD52 and send these handsome Le Creuset French ovens off to the winners!

Hi Panfusine -- it can be a family member featured in the video/photos, but just to be clear, we don't actually want you to "shot put" anything. That sounds hard! Let us know if you're not sure what we mean by "kitchen hacks".
