We love discovering new tricks in the kitchen -- anything from how to pit a cherry, sans pitter to the best way to save wine -- and we know you FOOD52ers have plenty of good ones up your sleeves. And all you need is a digital camera to film or photograph yours.

Upload your video -- 90 seconds or less, please -- to YouTube OR your photo album with captions to Flickr or Picasa by 12am EST Sunday, August 5th. Email us the links at [email protected] so we can find them (if you win, we may ask for you to send us your stuff so we can upload it to our own channels).

On August 8-10th, we'll show off Le Bronze, Silver and Gold-winning videos on FOOD52 and send these handsome Le Creuset French ovens off to the winners!
