There’s a predictable mix of vegetables and protein, but there’s also radish tartines(!) and Garrett Weber-Gale, the accomplished swimmer who is equally as accomplished in food. (Stages at both Daniel and Noma sit proudly on his resume.) Our secret to whisking like an Olympian though, if you wanted to know, is some serious carbo-loading and a cookie or two. It does the trick every time.
