Today we announced our Your Best Ice Cream contest -- it's time to get stirring, mixing, and freezing! And for the contest winner, we have something special planned...
The winning ice cream recipe will inspire a limited production flavor by Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams, whose book is available in the FOOD52 Shop! That's right: your ice cream flavor, available to buy from the award-winning folks at Jeni's.
A couple of quick points: if you'd like to use Jeni's custom base, go for it (we think it's utterly delicious) -- otherwise, they'll adapt the winning recipe at Jeni's HQ. Because of the timeline of production, the ice cream won't be ready to release for a month or three -- but your patience will be worth it.
