Don't Dread the Leftovers

So you went for it this weekend and made the Lamb Sliders Jenny raved about. (Success! We're so proud.) Now you’ve got a few leftovers lined up that are perfect work lunches, and impressive ones at that.

But how to reheat your savory burger without getting that dreaded dry leftover taste? Chow has some creative ideas. Wrapping in tinfoil and sticking in the oven is our go-to, but if you must go the microwave route, we’re willing to bet adding a damp paper towel will be worth your while.
