If you're like me, you have a copy of Plenty, the gorgeous Yotam Ottolenghi cookbook, displayed on your shelf. With its beautiful images and unique vegetarian recipes, this cookbook is quite the staple in our household when we're feeling low on culinary inspiration.

Now there's a new crowd-pleasing candidate. Early next week, Yotam Ottolenghi and his partner Sami Tamimi will release their newest project: Jerusalem. Heidi Swanson of 101 Cookbooks gets a sneak peak at the gorgeous tome -- with a few snapshots of the interior and a recipe for Na'ama's Fattoush, a visit over to her re-cap of the cookbook is an absolute must.
