It´s also a great flavor for ice cream and goes well with dulce de leche. You can also find the pulp frozen in some latin markets.

Whats Lucuma?

Hi there!

Lucuma is an amazing fruit native to South America that's available in a dry, powdered form here in the states. We use it since it's so healthy (it's full of vitamins and minerals and an excellent source of beta-carotene), but also because it functions as a great natural sweetener.
