Parsley never tasted like a plate-changing herb, until now. Of course, the parsley we speak of is not the variety you're used to seeing, sprinkled enthusiastically over a baked potato or sidling up to your steak. Oh, how funny! This is the only kind of parsley I can get, usually, at our Asian farmers' market (one bunch for $.75, 2 for a dollar). I had no idea it was special. I haven't noticed a particular difference when using it in cooking. But I will try making a parsley salad with it, and will probably do a tasting comparison just for fun, having read this. ;o)
