Model Farm Bill?

California’s Specialty Crop Block Grant Program may be a model for other states, but this week’s Civil Eats article argues that it can do better. Farm bills, in particular farm bills aimed at improving and generating better specialty crop grants in California, are surprisingly minimal for a state responsible for nearly 30% of the country's specialty crop production.
