How to Know When Fish is Done

Inspired by conversations on the FOOD52 Hotline, we're sharing tips and tricks that make navigating all of our kitchens easier and more fun. 

Today: Banish any apprehension of cooking fish at home.

Fish can be enjoyed in many forms -- raw, baked, and fried. But we understand the initial hesitation in trying to cook fish at home, especially when you're concerned if you've cooked your fish enough so that it's safe to eat.

Watch our test kitchen director, Jennifer, show you a few different ways to assure that your fish is done (including a clever trick that involves a metal skewer and your bottom lip!) and then whip up Le Bernadin's Crispy-Skinned Fish
