Rancho Gordo beans are the best ever. Each variety is subtly different, delightful.

There is a cookbook too. Lots of recipes for all the types of beans they sell .

I've recently become obsessed with these beans. They are spectacular, meaty and toothsome. I made LastNightsDinnr 's Borrachos and then made burritos, bean soup, and refried beans. The next week, I used them in my minestrone. The week after, I made pasta fagioli. Highly recommended.
