We'll collect your comments, decide the official list of Editors' Picks and publish your evaluation in the headnote if the recipe is selected as an Editors' Pick (with credit, of course!). (I'm dying to try the Shades of Green but can't find lovage, anywhere, in the East Bay. . . at least not in any market, or even in any nursery . . . . I'm looking for seeds locally available, at the moment. I couldn't test that recipe officially for EP honors anyway, as Sallycan is my sister, so I know I'm going to love it, even before I taste it. ;o) . . . )
