Yotam Ottolenghi, this week's Guest Editor, has shared with us a week's worth of recipes from his and Sami Tamimi's first cookbook, released in the US earlier this month.

You've drooled over Plenty. You've made every recipe in Jerusalem. But Ottolenghi: The Cookbook is the one that started it all. Now you're invited into Yotam Ottolenghi's eponymous shops and restaurants with the cookbook that those lucky Brits have been cooking from since 2008. In case you haven't already gotten your copy (and there's still time for you to enter our giveaway), try one (or all!) of these recipes.

I could not love Yotam and Sami more!! In fact, I've just bought tickets to hear you two speak in DC next month. Yay! These recipes look just as wonderful as all I've made and loved from Plenty and Jerusalem! Thank you!
