Nicole Franzen
Nicole Franzen is a photographer and food blogger who has worked in all stations of the restaurant industry -- from bussing tables to cooking to managing the front of the house -- and lived in beautiful places all over the world. Nicole has been posting recipes on food52 for just over a month, but she's done so with gusto -- and mostly outside of the bounds of our recipe contests, which we always love to see. We've been transfixed by her lovely photos and vibrant recipes from the get-go: from her simple, striking duo of tortilla recipes on day one (Tortilla Soup and Mi Tortilla Española) through to her latest White Bean, Celery and Cress with a Blue Cheese Vinaigrette and Lemon Ricotta Crepes with Blueberry Sauce.
