In the video below, see A&M magically turn zucchini into spaghetti (or as dymnyno cleverly calls it: Zuccaghetti) and toss it in a creamy tarragon vinaigrette.

This week's videos were shot and edited by talented filmmaker Elena Parker -- thanks Elena! She wasn't able to score microphones this time -- but if you're having trouble with the sound, using headphones works wonders.

Who makes the "salad tossers" that Merrill is using to mix the zuchinni and dressing? And do you have a a source for purchase?

I can't wait to try this recipe! And, I have a mandolin too! :)

I had to look away when Merrill was pushing the zucchini across the mandoline with her thumb - I was sure there would be blood! Not only does this video provide great culinary information, it gives that little bit of heart-pumping fear found in slasher movies!!

This recipe sounds so good and, clearly, it is simple to throw together. Can't wait to try it.

This is wonderful. Just because it is easier to say, I am going to call mine zucchatini!

I have been using shaved zucchini for noodles for years to reduce carbs, and my family really likes them. I have an irrational fear of mandolines so I just use a potato peeler and it works great!
