Summer Squash Couscous with Sultanas, Pistachios and Mint

July 9, 2010 • 3 Comments

A&M make Summer Squash Couscous with Sultanas, Pistachios and Mint by The Internet Cooking Princess and show off Amanda's lovely Japanese Santoku (or as we call it, "the sharp knife") and the pretty teardrop-shaped couscous we unearthed in her panty.

This week's videos were edited and shot by talented filmmaker Elena Parker. She was unable to score microphones this time, so we recommend using headphones if your speakers are on the feeble side.

Amanda is a co-founder of Food52.

I've been trying to remember the brand name -- I'm pretty sure I bought it at one of two stores. I'll let you know as soon as I track it down!
