tamari citrus swordfish kabobs  Seared Swordfish with Tomato Saffron Coulis

Any food52 member is welcome to help us test our Editors' Pick candidates, so go call dibs on the recipe you'd like to test in the comments section below! We'd love to see some new testers in the mix. Don't forget to email us your notes (about 100 words) to [email protected] by next Tuesday at 5pm.

We'll collect your comments, decide the official list of Editors' Picks and publish your evaluation in the headnote if the recipe is selected as an Editors' Pick (with credit, of course!). And even if the recipe you test isn't chosen as an Editors' Pick, please feel free to leave your testing notes in the recipe's comments section. Constructive criticism is always encouraged!

I have most back copies of , The Pleasures of Cooking! I have misplaced the copy and I cannot recall which issue, that has the recipe for swordfish kabobs and then there was a recipe for rice pilaf. If you have those recipes could you forward to me! Please! Thx❤️

I am afraid I may need to throw this one back into the pool of recipe testers. Turns out that swordfish is not a variety of fish widely available in the UK. I can order it frozen from one on-line supplier, but they can't get it to me before Tuesday. So I can certainly try this recipe with either tuna or halibut (and will do as I've still got folks coming to lunch tommorrow expecting a fine twist on tacos from the American in the neighborhood!), but I am not sure that will be close enough for an official test. So I am looking to the food52 editors to see how I should proceed. Sorry!

Thanks cheese1227 -- please feel free to substitute any firm, steak-like fish that's available locally in the UK.

OK. Will do.
