Asian Menu: is this ok? (I am in miami so its not too cold):

Apptz = vegetarian thai summer rolls with peanut sauce, Main=walnut miso noodles with asparagus and swiss chard, korean/asian flavored grilled flank steak, roasted cauliflower or butternut squash. question: what other apptz can I add & is there any red wines that fit this menu?

I prefer red wines with Asian food, I think a Pinot or a Zin would work just fine.
