Making the cream cheese cookies and wondered if anyone has chilled the dough to make shape cookies with it?

Darn...How awesome would that have been? We were hopeful, but didn't want to waste precious time. Thanks!

I just made them today as well -- and I think the dough would be too soft, no matter how chilled, to form shapes.
