Cut out cookies problems

Ok made the dough for the sugar cut outs last evening. Followed directions to the exact. Dough is breaking up while rolling out.frustrate.

Let the dough warm up a bit by leaving it at room temperature for 15 minutes or so. It should be easier to roll out when warmer. Good luck!
