What can I substitute for dry sherry in a pot roast recipe?

I have cream sherry Marsala wine & port

If you are looking for a non-alcohol option, some beef stock with an additional 2T. of tomato paste will work.

I would use the Marsala or the port (depending on your taste). Definitely not the cream sherry. Good luck!
