Which yeast do you reccend dry or wet?

By wet, do you mean cake yeast? I prefer cake yeast, but it can be difficult to find. Dry yeast can be found in most grocery stores but it can be finicky. If, after adding water to dry yeast, it doesn't foam, then throw it away and start over.
