Crumble toppings on muffins

I adore the crumble topping on blueberry muffins. is there any reason to think a crumble topping would not be equally tasty on a more seasonally appropriate cranberry orange muffin? With or without oats? (Nuts will not work as this is for an elementary school function)

I think it would be just as tasty with the cranberry orange.I'm a huge fan of crumble too.
