I have had HardLikeArmour's pickled prunes and they are divine! Roasted fennel and white bean dip is a favorite and alas is not vegan.

added over 1 year agoMushrooms, sauteed spinach, cashew ricotta, roasted peppers, artichokes....any combination of these things is a winner. You can do sweet ones, too....apple cranberry, pumpkin, etc etc.
