My two favorite lentil recipes on this site are: Rivka's Mujaddara with Spiced Yogurt (http://www.food52.com/recipes...) and AntoniaJames's Lentil and Sausage Soup for a Cold Winter's Night (http://www.food52.com/recipes...). Both of these recipes are really delicious. I make them often.

Antonia James' Red Lentil and Cauliflower Soup is wonderful. We add toppings when serving---almonds, chutney, limes. It's a family favorite.
