added over 1 year agoI have never used an electric skillet before but I imagine its much the same as using a skillet that is placed directly on your stove. You fry the tortillas in a little oil probably on a medium high heat. I don't know which recipe you are using though so not sure what you are adding. Maybe someone with more experience with this dish and an electric skillet will see your question and have some words of wisdom. I see the question was asked a couple of hours ago, hope they turned out well for your preschoolers.

added over 1 year agoI might actually go with chips instead of tortillas for this - to avoid combining hot oil and preschoolers. You could cook onions and peppers, heat the sauce in there and then toss it with the chips, top with cheese and lime and cilantro. I don't supposed you are planning poached eggs?
